Dear Dara, Hello and greetings from Austin - I participated on your message board way back in the day. Then I got busy with life and my own writing as well. I'm about to publish a first novel soon, co-written with my beloved, and it's starting to feel really fun! It's dark comedy set in the future, but it's not sci-fi; very, very edgy. i have just read Knight of a trillion stars and rejar and mine to take back to back wow. i amlly read sci-fi but a friend sugested i try your books, boy sci-fi fantasy and romance all in one package i look forward to reading more//as to your publisher the only thing i can think of is Bill O'Rielly show on fox news, he cannot stand coruption in large corperations and this might be something he would be instrested in. I did not know about the lawsuit. I have been wondering why you have written any more "Matrix of Destiny" books. "Mine to Take" and "Knight of A Trillion Stars" are my favorite books EVER! I very much liked wild Car Arrow but unless I'm mistaken the title was misleading I thought it was going to be like mine to take or rejar but he didn't change once and you didn't match him up yet unless it was the other pirate. I have bought and read A Knight of a Trillian Stars, Rejar, and Mine to Take. I bought them about 7 years ago and loved them. Recently I let my aunt borrow these books and read them (and I haven't read them in ages, so I forgot certain things that happened) and she claims that there's a fourth book in the series! I don't really have a favoite character, I love them all! I do recomend offering a reissue of That Familiar Touch, as the price of used copies aare upwards of $60 or more and what few new copies still exist are over $80. I think that there are enough readers who did not order from the first printing to warrant a 2nd. I know I'd personally order at least 5 copies, probably 10 so my friends could get one. Thanks for continuing to write, I understand how difficult that is during you legal battle. All I can say is hang in there, your readers appreciate your efforts.

I don't know if the lawsuit has been settled yet, but if it hasn't, perhaps Dara should try getting students from a nearby law school to help out. Many students need the experience and perhaps she could even get the administration to make a project of it. Its sad to see such a talented writer unable to work her craft fully because some corporate giant wants to own her. Good Luck Dara!!!

First, when are you going to put one out about Triad? 2nd, I read a "Complaint" on Amazon.com about all the 1st, 2nd & 3rd degree rape scenes. I have a question have you considered having your attorney contact the IRS to see if there is a way you can sick the IRS on the publisher, with 4 copies of the same accounts not matching up surely they might be able to do something like give them hell. I can definately see the IRS wielding a pooper scooper, and we all know the IRS can unearth anything. Well, I hope this helps. You are a Picaso of literature! I found one of your gems through a friend about 6-7 years ago. A Knight of Trillion Stars. I fell in love with the characters. I laughed, I cried, I said, "Come on Deanna, he's gorgeous!" Since then I've read every book you've ever written. They are, forever, a part of my library and when ever I feel a little down I pick up one and I escape this world and just melt into yours. Whenever I got the chance to refer you to a fellow reader I was so excited. Telling them how much they'd enjoy reading all your books. One particular time I suggested Rejar to a woman whom had to be at least 60 (it was at a flea market) she caught up to me a week later and praised your book to no end. And said that in fact she went and purchased two more. One being A Knight of a Trillion Stars and Mine to Take. Please keep up the magnificent work. You are truly brilliant!
